2. Wan Qing Dragon Boat Festival 2024

In case you didn’t know, Dragon Boat Festival is happening on 10th June 2024. To celebrate, Wan Qing Dragon Boat Festival 2024 will be hosting a slew of kid-friendly workshops. This includes scented candle-making, rice dumpling cooking, DIY dragon boats, and tea-infused mocktails for the adults. There’ll also be F&B booths where you can sample yummy snacks.

Here’s a social market you should bookmark – Community Green Market x Sunday Social. Grab your friends and peruse over 20 local brands, selling items from repurposed clothes to handmade trinkets and organic food. Remember to bring along a picnic mat to chill on the grassy area in the CBD, and bask in the tunes provided by live DJs at the venue.

4. i Light Singapore 2024

If you haven’t heard the news, i Light Singapore 2024 is back and brighter than ever. Literally. The Conscious Festival will also be happening simultaneously over a few weekends, so be sure to check it out while you’re there.

5. Meet The Flock

The Bird Paradise is celebrating World Parrot Day with Meet The Flock, where bird enthusiasts can get up close and personal with the parrots. There’ll be games, guided tours, and sharing about the adorable baby parrots. Parrot keepers will also share more about their South American and Indo-Pacific feathered friends, so you can flex your knowledge to your pals.
6. Bubble Fiesta

Cool down from the heat at Bubble Fiesta, held at the beloved Adventure Cove. Round up your besties and head to the giant bubble dome, or bust out some sick moves at the dance battle stations. 7. Adventures With The Little Prince

If you’re familiar with The Little Prince, you’ve probably experienced a little magic when reading about this whimsical boy’s adventures. Starting 24th May, you can see his world come to life at the departure hall of Changi Airport Terminal 3 – via an adorable mini golf course. You’ll also be able to design your own keychains at B2.

8. Children’s Festival, Gardens by the Bay

The annual Children’s Festival at Gardens by the Bay is back, and this year’s outdoor carnival is centred around the new Inside Out 2 movie. On the roster are arts and crafts workshops and performances that span theatre shows, bubbles, and storytelling. There’ll also be carnival games and movie screenings that include Disney hits such as Coco and Finding Dory, plus nightly light shows at 7.45pm and 8.45pm.

9. Jewel Blooms 2024

We can’t deny there’s plenty to see at Jewel Changi Airport, but here’s a reason to pay another visit to the East from this weekend till August: Jewel Blooms 2024. The serene Canopy Park will feature 5 zones filled with sensory displays that include scents and tunes, all surrounded by the theme of florals.
The attraction is a paid one, but if you want a dose of it for free, we hear that the East Trail at Shiseido Forest Valley also features some of the pretty blooms.

10. Hop On To Tayo

Tayo the Little Bus is a household name among kids, and from 24th May – 23rd Jun, they can ride a real-life Tayo bus between Downtown East and Tampines MRT. En route, the kiddos will get to sing along to songs from the show, plus take part in educational activities. They’ll also receive a Tayo lanyard and 10% off Wild Wild Wet admission tickets.

14. Rose Romance

If you’re wrecking your brains on where to bring bae, then Gardens by the Bay will be your answer. The Rose Romance exhibition is now open at the Flower Dome, where an array of roses is on display. 16. Orchids of Angkor Wat

The Orchids of Angkor Wat is currently on display, where 50 different types of orchids from Cambodia have been brought to our shores.
